Ki Gong is a system of training designed to develop the mind, body, and spirit. The practice incorporates physical and mental exercises with meditation.
The study of Ki Gong explores the need for balance, healing and relieving stress in our lives. Improve concentration, flexibility and balance by following along to this low impact exercise and meditative practice.
Ki Gong translates as energy (Ki) work (Gong). Ki’s focus is on breath, energy and matter. These exercises including rhythmic movement, meditation, deep breathing, stretching and strengthening movements.
Join us in a zoom class led by Carla Ek, a 5th Level instructor with World Ki Gong organization. She is also a 2nd degree black belt with WTSDA.
